Marlon is the Director of Water Works for Fab-Tech Inc, where he is responsible for expanding the company’s business presence and maintaining relations with clients.

Marlon spent a lifetime in sales, entrepreneurship and project management before joining Fab-Tech in 2016. At age 9, he started working in his family’s scuba shop. He then opened his own scuba store and a fire sprinkler construction company in Southern California. He joined CPS Group subsidiary NEHP in 2013 as the Project Manager for a large-scale fab buildout in Oregon, then successfully managed a similar project for a global client. He has managed other complex projects for NEHP for other high-tech and biopharmaceutical clients.

Marlon is a certified Master Scuba Instructor.
