Manufacturing is the heart of Fab-Tech and our workforce is continuously increasing their intellectual capacity to meet our customers' needs.  We are committed to applying the principles of lean and world-class manufacturing and in so doing our workers are learning to see themselves not just as craftspeople but "owners of the process".
	While experience in our type of manufacturing is helpful and earns higher levels of compensation, our supervisors and lead people are excellent trainers and coaches for the inexperienced.  These employees have the skills to take an individual with a good mechanical aptitude, good communication and thinking skills, and an excellent work ethic, and turn entry level workers into valued members of our production team.  Consequently, this means that individuals who have achieved proficiency in the Vital Results of Vermont's Framework of Standards and Learning Opportunities will be at an advantage.
